This salad is great with Sandwiches, Pasta, Casseroles and most anything
In a Large Bowl, add the Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper.
Wisk until vinegar and oil are blending together to make the dressing.
Cut the Apple in half and remove the core
Cut the Apple into thin slices.
Toss the walnuts in a dry pan for 30 seconds OR in the microwave for 8 seconds.
Add Spring Mix to the Large Bowl.
Toss salad until the greens are coated with the dressing.
Add Apple to the Salad and gentle toss.
Add the Walnuts and Dried Cranberries to the top of the Salad.
