Gather your Ingredients
Mince Garlic, Dice Onions,
Chop the Mushrooms
Add Olive Oil and Garlic to pan.
Heat pan on lowest setting.
Remove Garlic just before it browns and set aside for later.
Turn up heat to medium low.
Add Shallots to pan, cook until translucent.
Add Mushrooms to pan, cook until mushrooms soften but are still firm.
Add Butter, stir as it melts.
Add the Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Nutritional Yeast and Crushed Red Pepper.
Gently stir and cook for one minute.
Add 1 Cup Pasta Water.
Add Cooked Pasta.
Stir gently for for one minute.
Optional: After plating, drizzle 1/2 teaspoon of fresh grated Lemon Juice.
Optional: After plating, sprinkle with one tablespoon chopped fresh Parsley.
