Baked Sweet Potatoes

Baked potatoes are easy to make and require little effort.   These potatoes are a great side dish to compliment a meal.   Chop your baked potatoes and use it as side dish and as ingredients in bowls or wraps.

Baked Sweet Potatoes

Prepare the Potatoes

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F degrees.
  2. Wash the Potatoes
  3. Use a fork or knife to puncture the potato at least 6 time around the potato. (do not skip this step)
  4. Cook for 30 – 50 minutes.

Baking Time Tips

  • Thin potatoes take about 30 minutes.
  • Fat potatoes take about 50 minutes.

Dress a Potato

  1. Cut a potato in half.
  2. Top with 1 tbsp Olive oil or Butter (vegan).
  3. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  4. Top with chopped Chives or chopped Scallion tops.
