Flatbread Harissa Olives Spinach

Flatbread with Harissa and Olives

 1 Flatbread
 2 tbsp Harissa
 6 Kalamata Olives
 6 Spinach Leaves

Preheat Oven to 450 F.

Place a cooked soft Flatbread on a Baking Sheet.

Spoon the Harissa on to the Flatbread.

Spread the Harissa evenly on the Flatbread. I like to place a spoon in the middle and spiral outward to spread the Harissa.

Optional: Evenly top with 1/8 cup Vegan Mozzarella Cheese.

Bake the Flatbread for 5 minutes.

Plate the Flatbread.

Add the Olives and Fresh Spinach Leaves.

Optional: Top with Pickled Onions.

Enjoy!!
