Homemade Croutons are really easy and satisfying. They taste much better than store bought croutons. It is a great use for bread before it goes bad. The Garlic flavor and aroma make these croutons very addictive. Use them on a salad and be prepared to be impressed.

Yields 1 Serving Servings Quarter (0.25 Servings) Half (0.5 Servings) Default (1 Serving) Double (2 Servings) Triple (3 Servings)
4 cups Bread cut into 1 inch cubes
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
2 pinches Salt
In a large bowl, Toss Bread cubes with Olive Oil, Garlic Powder and Salt.
Spread the bread evenly across a baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately remove the bread crumbs from the Baking Sheet into a clean dry bowl.
Let cool and store in an air-tight container for up to 1 month.
